BI256 TOURNAMENT FINISH AFFIDAVIT

This form must be submitted online athttps://bucksisland.com/bucksca$h.com or postmarked within thirty (30) days after the qualified Buck’s Ca$h paying event date. I further attest that Imet the following Buck’s Ca$h requirementswhile competing in this event:

•I own the Skeeter boat with a Yamaha engine that Ifished from within the original proofof ownership date outlined in the participating rules for each event.

•I purchased from Buck’s Islandthe Skeeter boat withYamahaengine that I fished from

•I displayed my Buck’s Ca$h decal onthe driver’s side windshield of my boat.

•I returned my official registration form and fee prior tocompeting in this event.

•I met the Buck’s Ca$h clothing requirements during all days of competition whenapplicable.

•I met all qualification guidelines outlined with each sanctionedtournamenttrail andparticipating ruled of the Buck’s Ca$h for each event.
